Depression Is Not Your Fault

 

It’s a flaw in male psychology to treat all ill health as a sign of weakness. This is never more evident when the subject is depression. Men who suffer depression tend to see it as somehow unmanly, and in an effort to rescue their masculinity try to tough it out. Of course the best approach is to own up to it and face it, and what could require more bravery than admitting you have problems or asking for help?
