Beginning A Walking Fitness Programme

The problem with taking up walking as exercise is how to begin, or to put it another way it’s not so much how you start, it’s IF you start. If you are a senior, then of course you have to take into account any understandable physical limitations you may have, but as The Walking Site points out, the biggest problem is actually starting. There are also a few things you should do, even if your walking goals are modest, and these are simple to grasp and easy to do.
